SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Fees

FREE delivery on all orders over R2000 and a flat shipping fee of R99 applies to all orders below R2000

 

Shipping & Order Terms

Our shipping is managed by a third-party service provider, The Courier Guy For detailed shipping terms and conditions, please refer to their official website.

All orders are subject to availability and receipt of payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1–2 working days, and delivery will be confirmed via The Courier Guy 

 

Important Notice:
Once your online order has been processed, finalized, and paid for, no changes, additions, swaps, or modifications can be made. If you wish to purchase additional items or make changes, you will need to place a new online order.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will furnish you with the tracking number, and you can track it following the link you receive. For any queries regarding shipping, please contact us on @nyandezulu.com 

 

In order to speed up the order processing time, Make sure the delivery address and receiver's contacts are correct

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 Days of receiving the product (return fee payable by the client) on all products except for packaging and packaging accessories. .Only items that are unopened, in their original packaging may be returned. Nyandezulu will not accept any returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with.

 

Damaged Products

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 2 days of such delivery / collection by sending us an email on @nyandezulu.com with  order number in the subject line. You should also attach a picture of the damaged product on email.

Once a return is validated (after inspection), We will replace or refund the full amount.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be processed after the product has reached our warehouse and is in the original package, undamaged. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase/checkout in 7 to 14 working days.  If the product is damaged in any way, or you initiated the process after 7 Days,no refund will be processed. You only get a replacement.

 

CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not been shipped.A full refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after the date of cancellation. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped ,the order cannot be cancelled.However,you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy
